Alison Rowe

Alison Rowe’s focus is providing professional assistance and legal representation to individuals, business entities, associations and government agencies who are involved in the equine industry. She is experienced in litigating matters such as lien foreclosures, purchase-sale controversies, partnership disputes, and cases involving stallion management. She also provides transactional assistance to her clients who require knowledge and expertise in the special needs of livestock contracts and the intricacies of state, federal and international laws, customs and conventions. Alison grew up in the Fort Worth/Dallas area of Texas, where her  Ellis County family has farmed and ranched for five generations. Alison joined Kelly Hart & Hallman in 2011 after relocating from Bryan, Texas, where all of her assistance to clients involved equine-specific legal matters. Alison began her legal career with Jenkens & Gilchrist, PC in their Dallas office, where she practiced for six years.
