This firm focuses exclusively on equine cases. We primarily represent individual horse owners in disputes and litigation. We handle a lot of law suits related to liens and possessory disputes over horses and the seizure of horses in civil matters. We do not do criminal cases (i.e. "cruelty") as those are under the exclusive jurisdiction of local county law enforcement. We also do some transactional work for horse owners including:
- Preparing, drafting, and negotiating contracts or agreements;
- Creating legal entities and documents to minimize taxes and law suit exposure; and
- We have equine forms discs for sale for those who just need forms.
